In 2025, Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels is supporting the Institut Français du Japon for the presentation of the Dance Cross program, which features A Park by Omori Yoko and Bouffées / You're the one we love by Leïla Ka, as part of the 2025 Yokohama Dance Collection program.
Leila Ka’s Japan debut features Bouffées which won first prize at the Paris City Theatre competition—a hallowed venue for contemporary dance—and You're the one we love.
On stage, women who, together, set off—staggering, ailing, or at times joyful—against an adversity we can sense but know nothing about. Our heroines are by turns invincible or tragically vulnerable: they advance, resist, sometimes collapse, yet fight tirelessly until they feel their strength begin to fade. The two pieces are a cry of hope, where the body exults in what it holds most dear: this vital impulse that keeps us standing.
A diptych that conveys the world of the most acclaimed choreographer since her debut in 2018.

In 2026, Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels presents Maldonne by Leïla Ka in collaboration with New York Live Arts and a revival of You're the one we love by Leïla Ka performed by the Choreographic Ensemble of the Paris National Conservatory of Music and Dance in collaboration with L'Alliance New York, as part of the Dance Reflections by Van Cleef & Arpels Festival in New York. Dance Reflections also supports the artist's next creation in 2026.
